Voluntary Consent

Voluntary consent is required for everybody attending the online symposium.  The login process provides a record of your consent as follows:

1.     Your contact details information (name, email) remain confidential and only accessible to Colin Polwarth, Chris Youssef (website admin) Dr Goodbun, Dr Mausbach (supervisors) and RCA appointed examiners of the PhD.

2.     Audio visual recording (data) of the online symposium will occur. All data collected during the symposium is used for research only. Recordings will be deleted after the PhD award.

3.     Selected information may be disclosed through the research output. Images or quotes, which may allow you to be identified will only be used with your express permission.

4.     All intellectual property rights associated with the symposium event are waived as this is open source research.

5.     You can withdraw consent at any time up to the point of publication of the PhD and there will be no disadvantage if you decide to withdraw. You will be able to withdraw by contacting Colin Polwarth.
